当地时间9月11日，古巴全国15省中已有11个省份在停电后恢复供电。
此前10日，古巴电力联盟在社交平台发布公告说，因安东尼奥·吉特拉斯热电厂突发故障，全国电力系统在当地时间10日上午9时14分全面断电。受美国制裁影响，古巴长期以来难以进口燃料及维修严重老化的发电厂设备，全国电力供应紧张。2024年10月以来，因电力设施故障、飓风侵袭等原因，古巴曾多次全国大停电。（总台记者 马天静）
