新华社贵阳9月11日电（记者汪军）记者11日从贵州省人民检察院获悉，贵州磷化（集团）有限责任公司原党委委员、副总经理邓竹林涉嫌受贿案，由贵州省监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。经贵州省人民检察院指定管辖，由黔南州人民检察院审查起诉。黔南州人民检察院日前依法以涉嫌受贿罪对邓竹林作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。（完）
