郑万众，男，汉族，1975年11月生，中共党员，唐山市滦南县职业教育中心教师。
他扎根职教26年，以焊枪为笔、弧光为墨，匠心育人。他连续8年指导学生在河北省焊接大赛夺魁，2022年获国赛一等奖，刷新河北省此赛项最高纪录。他助力企业攻克技术难关165项，获专利9件，其中2项成果获评“国际先进”。他曾获全国职业院校学生技能大赛优秀指导教师、河北省优秀教师等荣誉。2025年获评全国“最美教师”。
