《科创板日报》10日讯，在周二的All-In峰会上，马斯克表示，下一代AI5自动驾驶芯片组将是目前AI4芯片组的巨大升级。“AI5的改进将比AI4好40倍，”马斯克说，并补充说它将拥有9倍的内存和8倍的计算能力。马斯克还表示，他有信心目前的AI4芯片可以实现比人类更好的2-3倍的自动驾驶安全性，并使汽车具有“感知能力”。
