9月8日，重庆农商行发布公告称，该行董事会同意聘任谭彬为重庆农商行董事会秘书，其任职自取得上海证券交易所董事会秘书资格证书且监管机构核准其任职资格之日起生效。该议案已由该行董事会提名委员会审议通过，该行独立董事对此发表了同意的独立意见。
