中际旭创9月9日公告，全资子公司旭创投资拟以自有资金2000万元认购苏州乾融园丰二期创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）的出资份额，并成为该合伙企业的有限合伙人。根据协议，本次投资完成后，旭创投资将持有合伙企业4.00%的出资份额。
