人民财讯9月9日电，9月9日，市场监管总局在第十一届中国公平竞争政策国际论坛的“贯彻落实新反不正当竞争法 助力建设全国统一大市场”专题论坛上发布《中国反不正当竞争执法年度报告（2024）》（中英文版）。2024年，全国共查处各类不正当竞争案件1.42万件、罚没款8.05亿元，其中查处网络不正当竞争案件5165件。
