9日上午，第一财经记者从襄阳市应急管理局获悉，襄阳龙佰钛业安全事故已提级调查，现由湖北省应急管理厅介入调查，事故详情将经过事故鉴定之后，统一对外发布。龙佰集团全资子公司龙佰襄阳钛业有限公司硫酸生产线于9月2日晚发生安全事故，导致2人死亡，3人送医经抢救无效死亡，1人经手术治疗后目前生命体征平稳。
