记者从开封交警处了解到，自2025年9月14日起至2026年4月30日，开封市西苑区域排水防涝系统优化工程建设项目（一期）施工。施工期间，内环路（旧货市场-公交公司）、自由路（内环路-东护城河）实行交通管制。
请过往车辆按照交通标志指示，提前选择绕行路线，由此造成的不便，请广大市民给予谅解。
