《科创板日报》9日讯，基于原厂服务器DDR4供应依然维持趋紧状态，部分服务器客户需求未得到完全满足，采购动能尤存推升服务器DDR4价格上扬。因此，CFM闪存市场调涨本月DDR4 RDIMM价格。另外，继上月部分服务器DDR5小幅涨价后，本月价格暂时持平，但因近期DDR5 RDIMM出现供应紧张，预计四季度将延续涨价行情。 (闪存市场)
