9月8日，山西晋中突遭雷暴大雨天气，随后榆次区晋中市第一人民医院急诊室短时间内涌入大量患者，现场人满为患，多数人本身患有过敏性鼻炎。急诊科工作人员表示，具体原因尚未明确，但推测与此次雷暴天气有关，患者普遍症状气紧、呼吸困难。
