总台记者从广东省应急管理厅获悉，针对今年第16号台风“塔巴”给广东省带来的风雨浪潮及其次生灾害影响，根据《广东省自然灾害救助应急预案》规定，省减灾委已于今天（8日）11时启动省Ⅳ级救灾应急响应。
