人民财讯9月5日电，联创光电(600363)9月5日晚间公告，公司拟与关联方共青城瑞迈投资合伙企业（有限合伙）、非关联方四川小资航旅科技有限公司、非关联方资阳航源智科商业运营管理合伙企业（有限合伙）共同投资设立资阳商业航天产业运营公司（简称“合资公司”）。合资公司拟注册资本为8000万元，其中，公司出资2400万元，持股30%。
