格隆汇9月4日丨石大胜华(603026.SH)公布，公司控股子公司胜华国宏与天水生物签订《投资合作协议》拟在济宁邹城市共同投资设立合资公司。合资公司注册资本为人民币600万元，胜华国宏认缴人民币330万元，持股55%；天水生物认缴人民币270万元，持股45%。
