2025年9月4日，华为在Mate XTs非凡大师及全场景新品发布会上正式宣布三折叠屏手机搭载麒麟9020芯片，这是麒麟芯片自2021年后时隔四年首次在发布会上公开亮相。
麒麟9020芯片与鸿蒙5.0系统深度协同，实现整机性能提升36%。此次公开芯片型号标志着华为突破外部技术制约，实现核心硬件自主可控。
