据山西画报阳泉号9月4日消息：阳泉市十六届人大常委会第二十八次会议决定任命梁海昌为阳泉市人民政府副市长。
公开资料显示，梁海昌，男，1973年8月出生，山西省平定县人，大专学历，1997年12月加入中国共产党，1995年7月参加工作。
