9月4日，宝莫股份（002476）发布公告，子公司成都宝莫已累计收到股权回购款1.9亿元，尚余3850万元未支付，董事会同意豁免部分违约金，并将配合办理股权变更登记手续。
2025年中期，宝莫股份实现收入2.68亿元，归母净利润1585万元。
