“南京发布”微信公众号9月4日消息，日前，南京安吉生物科技有限公司（以下简称“安吉生物”）与Amphastar Pharmaceuticals（NASDAQ：AMPH）就安吉生物针对肿瘤和年龄相关性黄斑变性（wAMD）的三款处于PCC阶段产品（Preclinical Candidate Compounds）达成许可协议。根据协议，Amphastar将负责三款产品在北美地区的开发及商业化，南京安吉生物将获得总计4.53亿美元的首付款、里程碑付款及销售分成。
