近日，鑫元基金公告称，副总经理王辉因工作安排，于2025年8月29日离任，并转任高级专员岗。从副总到高级专员，这么大的变化也引起了业内广泛关注。而据记者了解，这次调整的主要原因是王辉临近退休，先从高管岗位上退下来。资料显示，王辉从2016年4月开始担任鑫元基金副总经理，截至离任时，任职时间超过9年。
