8月30日，西渝高铁桃园1号隧道顺利贯通，至此由桃园1号、2号、3号隧道组成的桃园隧道群全部贯通，西渝高铁又一工程关键性节点被打通。西渝高铁是我国“八纵八横”高铁网京昆通道和包（银）海通道的重要组成部分，全长约739公里，设计时速350公里。
