财联社8月30日电，海南海口市交通运输和港航管理局8月30日0时30分发布通告：受热带低压影响，琼州海峡突发大风天气，海口新海港、秀英港和铁路南港已于8月30日0时30分起停运（指最后发船时间）。预计停运将持续至8月30日11时（具体复运时间视气象情况而定）。停运期间，所有车辆和旅客均无法过海。
