格隆汇8月29日丨雅居乐集团(03383.HK)发布公告，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团整体营业额为人民币135.74亿元，其中物业发展营业额为人民币61.10亿元，物业管理营业额为人民币64.08亿元，及其他业务营业额为人民币10.56亿元，占比分别为45.0%，47.2%及7.8%。集团整体毛亏损额为人民币9.19亿元，毛亏损率为6.8%。集团亏损及公司股东应占亏损分别为人民币73.87亿元及人民币80.30亿元。于2025年6月30日，集团的净负债比率为127.7%，现金及银行存款总额为人民币55.07亿元。
