经审核委员会推荐，根据公司章程细则第29.2条规定，于公司股东特别大会上获得股东批准，董事会已建议委任信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
