财联社8月29日电，据央视新闻，以色列财政部长、极右翼政治人士斯莫特里赫当地时间8月28日在一场新闻发布会上称，如果哈马斯不解除武装，以色列将分阶段吞并加沙地带。斯莫特里赫在这场发布会上展示了一份所谓“年底前在加沙地带获胜”的计划，并向哈马斯发出最后通牒，要么选择按照以色列提出的条件“投降”，要么“继续战斗”直至被毁灭。
