财联社8月29日电，英特尔首席财务官（CFO）津斯纳公开表示，特朗普政府对英特尔的投资旨在阻止该芯片制造商出售其制造部门。津斯纳称，英特尔已于28日获得57亿美元的政府拨款。剩余的32亿美元投资尚未拨付，剩余投资将视英特尔是否达成美国国防部相关计划中约定的条件而定。
