挪威Vard船厂已与同胞船东Sanco Shipping签订合同，用于将地震勘探船“Sanco Sailor”号改装为震源船（seismic source vessel）。
2025年初，Sanco Shipping收购名为“PGS Apollo”号的船舶，并将其更名为“Sanco Sailor”号，随后计划在Vard Langsten进行改装。
该船全长106.6米，宽19.2米，Vard的工作范围包括对船体进行重大结构改造、升级现有地震设备以及安装DP2系统。
此次升级预计将提升“Sanco Sailor”号的运营能力，并支持Sanco Shipping在地震勘探及海上工程市场的地位。
