2016年3月，赵睿从NBL湖南柏宁俱乐部转会至CBA广东宏远。在广东男篮，赵睿收获了3个CBA总冠军。
2023年8月，赵睿与周琦互换，转投新疆男篮。
今天，赵睿加盟北京男篮。
