北京商报讯（记者 马换换 实习记者 李佳雪）近日，证监会官网显示，河南平美储气盐化股份有限公司（以下简称"平美盐化"）启动上市辅导，辅导机构为平安证券股份有限公司。
据上市辅导备案报告，平美盐化成立于2007年11月26日，注册资本约2.59亿元，法定代表人为史永飞。
股权关系方面，中国平煤神马控股集团有限公司直接持有平美盐化72.5047%的股份，系公司的控股股东。
