格隆汇8月28日丨锦欣生殖(01951.HK)发布公告，本公告日期起，John G. Wilcox医生已辞任执行董事，以及提名委员会、战略决策委员会及医疗品质控制与科研发展委员会各自的成员，以专注于其在集团美国业务的管理职务。尽管上述事项，Wilcox医生将留任与集团美国业务有关的职位，包括Willsun US Delaware Newco Inc.（即HRC Fertility Management,LLC的控股公司）的董事会成员及Huntington Reproductive Center Medical Group的全职医生。
