平度市广州路小学建设项目位于平度市广州路东侧、天津路南侧。项目占地面积约19亩，主要进行综合楼、报告厅、风雨操场等工程建设，总建筑面积约1.95万平方米。
该项目是对现状广州路小学进行扩建，扩建后教学规模为24个班，可容纳学生1080人，目前项目已完成竣工验收。
