8月25日，港交所披露易“现有上市证券”类型中已无法检索到“中国恒大”，而在“已除牌证券”一栏中，则可以检索到相关信息。这也就意味着，中国恒大已正式退市。8月12日晚，中国恒大发布公告称，公司股份最后交易日为2025年8月22日，8月25日起正式从港交所退市，且无意申请复核。
