8月26日，中山纪检监察发布消息：中山市小榄镇绩东二社区党委原书记、居委会原主任张全辉涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受中山市纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
公开资料显示，张全辉，中共党员，1961年5月出生，1979年7月入伍，1981年10月退伍。先后任职中山市小榄镇绩东二社区居委会委员、主任、经联社社长、党委书记等职务。
