俄罗斯梁赞州州长当地时间25日通报称，该州希洛夫斯基区工厂火药车间爆炸事故的主要搜救工作已结束，确认造成28人死亡、157人受伤。遇难者身份辨认与司法鉴定工作持续开展。
当地时间15日，俄罗斯紧急情况部门称，梁赞州希洛夫斯基区"埃拉斯特克"工厂火药车间发生爆炸，引发火灾。该工厂火药车间建筑已因本次事故完全损毁。（总台记者 郝薇）
