用于制作甜点、主食的“香芋”，本名叫参薯，是薯蓣属植物，跟山药是同科同属的“亲戚”。虽然参薯别称“香芋”，其实跟芋头并没有亲戚关系。如果不在参薯产地，我们日常吃到的香芋味食品，大概率吃的都是芋头+紫薯+香芋香精。
