8月23日，游客在吉县黄河壶口瀑布景区欣赏洪峰过后的壮美瀑布群。
当日，受黄河晋陕峡谷洪峰影响暂时关闭的黄河壶口瀑布景区恢复开放，景区工作人员重新安装好防护栏，并设立警戒区域，确保游客安全。
