央视网消息：据中国天气网，今年第13号台风“剑鱼”（热带风暴级，英文名：KAJIKI）已于今天上午生成，9时前后其中心距离海南省三亚市偏东方向约700公里的洋面上。预计“剑鱼”将以每小时25-30公里的速度向偏西方向移动，强度明显增强。
