8月21日，黑龙江塔河。彦女士分享早市上，商贩和居民都穿棉袄的视频。她称塔河属于大兴安岭地区，每年进入8月，最低温度就降至个位数，早晚都要穿棉袄，一般9月底左右就开始供暖。
