8月22日消息，据报道，一份声明显示，阿斯利康、爱立信、萨博、瑞典北欧斯安银行（SEB）与瓦伦堡投资公司将联合成立一家人工智能企业Sferical AI，旨在为瑞典企业开发先进的人工智能基础设施。声明表示，新公司将通过集成化安全基础设施提供AI算力服务，以提升瑞典工业的竞争力。
瓦伦堡家族基金会目前持有阿斯利康、爱立信、萨博及瑞典北欧斯安银行的多数股权。
