8月18日媒体报道，2002年出生的李某与“70后”女子范某发生关系时，持刀捅刺其颈部、腰腹部等处。
经诊断，范某多处开放性损伤，伴消化道出血、失血性休克。
范某起诉称，李某以抢劫为目的、借嫖娼进入其住处，致其身心受损。
法院审理后，以抢劫罪、强制猥亵罪判处李某有期徒刑10年6个月，罚金5000元，并赔偿范某医疗等费用29343.21元。（深圳新闻网、红星新闻）
