4月16日，北京国安发布伤情报告，韩佳奇左膝韧带撕裂，半月板撕裂。他是在4月15日对阵武汉三镇的中超第7轮比赛下半场受伤，在简单接受治疗后仍无法行走，被队医背出场外。
