格隆汇8月20日丨华讯(00833.HK)公告，于2025年8月20日，集团透过公司间接全资附属公司以总代价4,392,546马来西亚令吉完成向Clearmoon International Limited(作为卖方"卖方")收购Winner Sky Technology Hong Kong Limited("目标公司")全部已发行股本及转让目标公司欠负卖方所有现有股东贷款。
完成后，目标公司及其全资附属公司Winner Sky Technology Malaysia Sdn.Bhd.(于马来西亚注册成立)(统称"目标集团")将成为公司间接全资附属公司，而目标集团财务业绩将合并入集团综合财务报表。
