1、同时按下键盘的Win+X键打开高级菜单，点击命令提示符（管理员）或者Window PowerShell（管理员）
2、在打开的窗口输入net user User 789456 /add后按回车键。注意此处的user是账户名，数字是密码，请根据自己的需要填写账户名和密码
3、再输入net localgroup administrators User /add后按回车键，将刚才新增的账户设置为管理员权限
4、最后点开菜单，点击用户图标切换到刚才新增的账户即可
