罗汉琛上赛季在上海男篮出战了3场比赛，场均砍下5.3分1.7篮板1.3助攻，投篮命中率41.7%。
CBA受限制自由球员的限制条件是：新俱乐部必须向原俱乐部支付培养费；原俱乐部拥有匹配权；还有其他限制条件。
