格隆汇8月15日丨中星集团控股(00055.HK)公告，集团预期将于2025年上半年录得约1900万港元至3400万港元亏损，而2024年上半年则录得亏损约4010万港元。
董事会认为，2025年上半年录得亏损主要归因于：(i)2025年上半年投资物业公平值亏损约400万港元(2024年上半年：公平值亏损约1270万港元)；及(ii)2025年上半年物业发展业务、物业投资业务及制造及销售业务分类亏损。
