万科A8月15日晚间公告，公司控股子公司东莞万纬供应链有限公司近期向东莞农村商业银行申请贷款9550万元，期限15年，后续将根据业务需要及时提款。公司控股子公司上海万纬粤莞供应链有限公司以持有的东莞万纬100%股权为该笔融资提供质押担保。此次担保发生后，公司及控股子公司对外担保总额将为854.76亿元，占公司2024年末经审计净资产的42.18%。
