人民财讯8月15日电，国家统计局的最新数据显示，7月份，70个大中城市中，新房销售价格环比涨幅居前的城市有：上海、乌鲁木齐涨幅均为0.3%，并列第一；三亚、宜昌涨幅均为0.2%，并列第二；长春、常德涨幅均为0.1%，并列第三。二手房价环比上涨的城市只有太原1个，涨幅为0.2%。
