浙江省海洋监测预报中心根据《海洋灾害应急预案》发布风暴潮警报解除通报。
目前第11号台风“杨柳”（热带风暴级）对我省海域的影响已经减弱，我省沿海各岸段潮位逐步恢复正常，本次风暴潮警报解除，特此通报。
