全场比赛常冰玉打出五杆50+（68、80、64、66、53），罗尼·奥沙利文打出两杆破百（103、125）和两杆50+（84、85），上半场战罢常冰玉3-1领先，并在中场休息后5-2领先率先拿到赛点，奥沙利文随后连扳四局拿下比赛
最终，奥沙利文以6-5的比分逆转战胜常冰玉晋级八强。
