8月13日下午，腾讯控股在2025年第二季度财报中披露，于2025年6月30日，集团有111,221名雇员。集团聘用的雇员数目视乎需要而不时有所变更，而雇员酬金亦根据业内惯例厘定。集团上半年总酬金成本为人民币650亿元。据腾讯控股此前披露，于2025年3月31日，集团有109,414名雇员，一季度总酬金成本为人民币341亿元。
