北京时间8月12日，据记者斯基拉消息，利物浦准备就伊萨克发起第二次报价。
斯基拉表示：“利物浦向纽卡发起了第二次报价，伊萨克仍在争取离开纽卡，球员渴望加盟利物浦并已经与利物浦谈好了个人条款。”
据此前报道，纽卡拒绝了利物浦第一份1.1亿英镑的报价，并提出了1.5亿英镑的要价且不接受还价，但伊萨克迫切希望离队，表示不会再为纽卡出场。
